Resumen
When establishing relationships between Motivation and Emotion, multiple options that we are presented in the specialized literature, among them the inclusion of other processes, for example the Cogntive process. This way, in occasions it has been suggested that one can be precursor of the other one, and equally we find more current theories that consider them inseparable to be able to understand the behavior of the superior organisms, and that depending on the situation would locate one as precursor of the other one. With the present article we seek to carry out a theoretical review regarding the interrelationship that exists among these three processes. Later on, taking the indefension learned as paradigm of work to offers a conceptual review of how cognitivon and motivation are related. We can consider that the cognition is the previous process to the motivated behavior, and that in turn it is part of the motivational process. Equally we can observe that although exists a cognitive process, it not necessarily has to be given the motivated behavior, it would be the difference between to want and to want. And that the expectations and learned beliefs that are also cognitions, imply and modulate the motivated behavior, besides endowing it of a concrete emotional tone. In the last part of the text we make a review to the relationship Emotion-Cognition, and more concretely to the bidirectionallity of this relationship. Centering us in first instance in the relationship Cognitionaffection, and the cognitive prosecution is in the base of the affective experiences in general of how. And lastly observing the relationship inverse Affection-knowledge, observing as the influence of the affective state influences in the cognitive operation; memory, attention, etc.
