Abstract
Two clinical cases of apicoformation are described which correspond to two clinical situations we can find. The first case is that of an adult patient whose teeth 11 and 21 are in a stage of maturity not acconding with the patient's age. The apicoformation treatment was done when the patient was 17 years-old and the stage of maturity of these teeth was of an 8 year-old. In the second case there was correlation between the patient's age, 9 years-old, and the evolutive age of tooth 21 which was traumatized and immature. The apicoformation treatment was undertaken at that age. As temporary intracanal medication calcium hydroxide was used. The results in both cases were satisfactory.
