Abstract

This article aims to highlight an issue that the procedural legislature has not fully resolved, such as the possibility, or not, that grouping of actions within the payment procedure occur. It would have been desirable that the legislature specifies the possibilities and implications of a possible grouping of actions on the payment procedure, but maybe the answers have already been given in the doctrine and jurisprudence of our provincial courts. These are precisely the responses and reflections that are being dealt with in this article.
