Resumo

The main objective of this work is to determine, through a review of the literature, the way of interacting that occurs between Empathy, Prosocial Behavior and Happiness, being these three variables of great relevance within the Psychology and fundamental for the good state of society and the people that make it up. The results obtained suggest that the relationship between Empathy, Prosocial Conduct and Happiness exists, being this significant, as well as direct. Future studies will investigate the possibility of a bidirectional relationship between Prosocial Behavior and Happiness, with Empathy being a mediating variable in this relationship.
