Résumé

The present article aims to highlight the effects that the new stage of the economic crisis is leaving in family law, specifically, to the assumptions that the obligor of pensions, compensatory and maintenance, breach agreed or determined by the judge, or the alleged modification measures to decreases in salary and in relation to Article 146 of the CC, next to establish that the amount of food will be provided to media flow or the giver. These are difficult situations that our courts have faced in recent months as a result, in many cases, of tough situations that have deteriorated ties, stable yore, family life, where problems arise as a result of layoffs and wage cuts that either directly affect these changes in the level of pensions or directly cause marital conflict and finally the need to undertake the imposition of these pensions, with the problems that entails for both parties, who must meet the pension, as has man or woman who should perceive beset not only by the fact the economic imbalance, but because who should satisfy lost purchasing power enjoyed in better times. We must also remember that, unfortunately, the tensions that sometimes live in this type of situation have even led to episodes of violence with sad consequences.
